1. Acceptance of These Terms

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the public NPLabs website, including any page that links to these terms (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These terms apply only to the public website. Additional or different terms, notices, consents, and account rules may apply to secure portal access, pharmacy-service workflows, prescriber workflows, ordering coordination, payment, handoff, or other services.

2. Company Information

The Site is operated by N. PSATHAS & Co LP, based at Papanikoli Street No. 40, Chalandri, Attica 15232, Greece, VAT No. 998186880 ("NPLabs", "we", "us", or "our").

You can contact NPLabs at contact@nplabs.online or by telephone at +30 210 6815190.

3. Pharmacy-Service Boundaries

NPLabs does not sell prescription medications online. This website supports licensed pharmacy operations, including communication, prescription review, order coordination, and pharmacy services for patients and prescribers. All prescription medications require a valid prescription and are handled through appropriate licensed pharmacy processes.

The Site does not create a pharmacist-patient, prescriber-patient, pharmacy-patient, or healthcare professional relationship by itself. Any pharmacy service is subject to applicable professional review, identity and prescription verification, clinical appropriateness, availability, jurisdictional requirements, and NPLabs' internal licensed pharmacy processes.

The Site is not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

4. Secure Portal and Account Access

Buttons or links for login, portal access, registration, prescription communication, or pharmacy coordination may direct you to https://admin.nplabs.online/login. Registration and account handling are managed through the portal software and may be governed by additional portal terms, privacy notices, consent notices, and security requirements.

You are responsible for keeping any portal credentials confidential and for using the portal only as authorized. Do not share account access or submit information that you are not authorized to provide.

5. Website Content and No Medical Advice

The Site provides general information about NPLabs, compounding pharmacy support, patient and prescriber communication, pharmacy-service categories, facility information, and educational blog content.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, a prescription, a recommendation to start, stop, or change therapy, or a substitute for professional advice from a licensed healthcare professional who knows your medical history.

Although NPLabs works to keep public website information accurate and current, pharmacy practice, laws, clinical guidance, product availability, and service workflows may change. NPLabs may update, suspend, remove, or correct Site content at any time.

6. Availability, Eligibility, and Jurisdiction

The availability of pharmacy services, pharmacy coordination, prescription handling, and communication options may depend on applicable Greek, EU, local, professional, product, prescriber, patient, and operational requirements.

The Site is not an offer to provide a regulated pharmacy service in any jurisdiction where doing so would be unlawful. NPLabs may decline, delay, cancel, or redirect a request where professional, legal, safety, prescription, identity, payment, product, operational, or compliance requirements are not satisfied.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or harmful purposes.

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NPLabs does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free of harmful components.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Greek or EU law.
